Welcome to the House of Scratch April 2009 Exhibition of surrealism and imagination! The draughtmen weighed in heavily this month and what gorgeous work they’ve done. Alex Jobbagy has sent his beautiful ink drawings all the way from Australia and you’ll always find something new in the artwork of Tiffany L. Pascal–look once, look twice, then look again! Miles Davis has sent us some fantastic illustrations imbued with expert colour usage and dynamic human movement, and the show’s got just a touch of creeping horror with Robert W. Walker’s macabre oil paintings. Nothing says ”family values” like nuclear mutation. Enjoy!

Now it is up to you, the viewer, to pick the artist(s) whose work you believe should be considered the “Best of the Best” in the exhibition. Take some time and view the entire show, then scroll to the end of the post and fill out our “Best of the Best” Survey.  Based on your informed opinion and those of the House of Scratch team, one artist will be designated “Best of the Best”, awarded a $50 cash prize and offered a spot in our first ever physical gallery group exhibition, as well as a special page on House of Scratch showcasing their artworks!
